We'll tell you about the wineries so you can visit them. We're sure that if you ask the locals, they'll be able to tell you how to get there without any problems. Mosto de Juan Chica or Tasca la estancia : They have a menu with homemade stews and it's interesting to go early to be able to try the hot garlic (which they put on at 13:30) and their shrimp fritters are a delight. Mosto del Bollao : They have a menu featuring homemade stews. Plus, it's a place where regulars often have a guitar under their arm, so you're sure to experience the unique art of Trebujena. Mosto de Juan de la Vara : There's no menu, so you can't choose your food, but they bring out whatever they have, and they make a spectacular cabbage stew (which they serve at 3:00 PM). It's a place where regulars always break into flamenco, dancing to flamenco, and whatever else comes to mind. Mosto del conde : The most curious thing about this winery is that it is open all year round and its specialty is "pescaito frito", delicious. Tasca de Valderas, or museum tavern : A place to immerse yourself in the traditional knowledge of Valderas, the owner. There's no menu, so you can't choose your food; they bring out whatever they have that day and encourage you to bring your own. Mosto El Piraña : They have a menu with homemade stews where you can order depending on what's available on the weekend. On weekends, there are usually products from the estuary, such as the albur, a typical fish from Trebujena.
