Shipping: Costs and Delivery Times

FREE: Standard shipping within mainland Spain for orders over €80. Otherwise, costs and delivery times depend on the shipping method and the delivery area. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday (you will need to take this into account when calculating the delivery time).

Store pickup

In-store pickup is free with delivery in 1 to 5 business days. Large volume shipments are excluded in all areas where we do not offer this type of delivery.

Peninsular shipping (Spain and Portugal)

• Orders over €80 with standard size will have free shipping, except for Black Friday or Sale promotions.
• The cost of standard shipping is €4.99 with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
• The cost of shipping large volumetric items (such as wide-brimmed hats and/or some larger accessories) is €7.99 with a delivery time of 8 to 15 working days.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

• The cost of standard shipping is €9.99 with a delivery time of 4 to 7 working days.
• The cost of shipping large volumetric items (such as wide-brimmed hats and/or some larger accessories) is €11.99 with a delivery time of 8 to 15 working days.

Shipping to the Canary Islands (minimum order €50)

• The cost of standard shipping is €10 with a delivery time of 4 to 7 working days.
• We do not ship large volumetric items.

Shipping to France, Belgium and the Netherlands

• The cost of standard shipping is €13 with a delivery time of 4 to 7 working days.
• We do not ship large volumetric items.
• We do not accept cash on delivery orders outside of mainland Spain.

Shipping to Italy

• The cost of standard shipping is €15 with a delivery time of 4 to 7 business days.
• We do not ship large volumetric items.

Messaging tracking

From Mariquita Trasquilá we will send you an email when your order leaves our facilities.

In-store pickup

We will notify you by email when the order is in the selected store so you can pick it up.

Shipment tracking Peninsular Spain and Portugal, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands

You will receive an SMS from the courier company MRW with your order tracking number. With this code, you can check its status online, modify the delivery date, and change the address, provided the new address is within the same MRW branch.

You must take into account

• The courier will only make two delivery attempts to your address. After these attempts, the package will be held for 15 days at the courier company's nearest branch for you to collect.
• To receive your order, you will need to sign and provide your ID. This will help us avoid any potential problems.

Shipping to France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy

You will receive two emails from the courier company Seur in the language of the destination country. One when the product is in Seur's possession. And another when the product arrives in the destination country and is out for delivery, notifying the customer before delivery.
