In-store purchases do not include refunds. Instead, you will receive a voucher with no expiration date that you can use at any time, either for yourself or as a gift.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item. We only accept returns of products that retain their original tags and have not been used or washed.
