Our midi dress is made from a ribbed fabric that gives you a comfortable feel and allows for a close, flattering fit, ensuring you feel confident and empowered as you shape your figure. The strapless neckline is elegant and feminine, highlighting your shoulders and collarbone in a subtle and alluring way, and the semi-sheer back with a tie fastening adds a flirty touch and allows you to adjust it to your figure.

Despite being a one-size-fits-all dress, it fits from a size 34 to approximately a size 40 as the ribbed fabric spans several sizes without being see-through. Our model Paula usually wears a size 36 and it fits her perfectly.

We recommend it for nights out, an elegant dinner, or any other special occasion when you want to feel comfortable and self-confident.

Includes scarf in the same fabric for even more style.

Washing :
Remember that when you put it in the washing machine, the temperature should be 30ºC or lower. That way it will come out like new.
- Don't forget that it CANNOT be washed with bleach or it will change color.
- When you iron it, remember that the temperature should be 110ºC or lower.
- If you're going to dry clean it, it must be with perchloroethylene.
- Warning! Remember not to dry this model in your dryer.

Can I return my products?

If you're not satisfied with your Mariquita Trasquilá purchase, we're very sorry and offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. This also applies to sale items and items purchased with a discount code.

Some of our products are non-returnable unless there is a problem with them. The products that cannot be returned are:

• Accessories, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: capes, bags, belts, stoles, jewelry, scarves, hair clips, ribbons, etc.
• Headpieces, wide-brimmed hats and headbands, as these are items that are handmade and made to order.
• Products that have been customized or made according to the customer's specifications.

You have 15 calendar days from when you receive your order to request it or do so in store for a voucher with no expiration date.

Online Refund

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request it.

Access our new returns portal . Enter your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip included with your order) and your email address.

You can receive your purchase amount in two ways:

• Refund with no expiration date : You can receive a voucher with no expiration date for the purchase amount PLUS a €5 gift. The voucher can be redeemed both in-store and for online purchases.
• Refund : We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid with a voucher, the refund will be issued as a voucher.

In both methods, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund amount.

How do I make online returns through the website?

From our returns portal . When you open the link, you will be asked for your order number. Enter your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip received with your order) and your email address.

Please select the products you wish to return and let us know the reason for the return. This helps us improve.

Next, we ask if you want to:

• Get a voucher with no expiration date. If you choose this option, we'll give you €5 towards your purchase as a voucher.
• Receive your money back using the same method you used to pay for your purchase.

CHANGES

Need a different size, color, or product? We've got you covered. With our instant exchange service, you can easily do just that. Access our returns portal and you'll have the option to exchange the same model for a different size and/or color, or even a completely different item. If you're exchanging for a lower-priced product, you'll automatically receive a refund of the difference before the exchange is processed. If it's a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference.

Once the exchange is processed, we'll send you the new product and collect the one you have. It's that simple. Exchanges are only available in Spain and Portugal.

How do I prepare my package for return or exchange?

1. Pack in the original packaging. Returned items must have all tags attached. Items must also be in resalable condition.
2. Please attach a copy of the delivery note that came with the package.
3. Finally, seal it securely so that no items get lost along the way.
4. Once we receive your package in our Returns Department and have verified that the garment is in the appropriate condition, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Mariquita Trasquilá reserves the right to refuse a return if it shows signs of use or if the corresponding accessories are missing.
