Can I return my products?
If you are not satisfied with your Mariquita Trasquilá purchase, first of all we apologize and offer a 15-day return policy from the date of item delivery. This also applies to our sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
Some of our products are not returnable unless there is an incident. Products that cannot be returned are:
- Accessories, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable: capes, handbags, belts, stoles, jewelry, scarves, barrettes, ties, etc.
- Headdresses, hats, and headbands, as these items are handmade and made to order.
- Products that have been customized or made to customer specifications.
How can you request a return?

Returns to physical stores
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request or make a return in-store for a VOUCHER WITH NO EXPIRY DATE.
Online Returns
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Access our new return portal. Enter your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email or on the delivery note received with your order) and your email address.
You can receive the amount of your purchase in two ways:
- Return by voucher with no expiry date: You can get a voucher with no expiry date for the purchase amount PLUS 5 EUROS as a gift. The voucher can be redeemed in both physical stores and for online purchases.
- Return by money: We will refund the money using the same method you used for the purchase. If you made your purchase with a voucher, the refund will also be issued as a voucher.
In both methods, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund amount.
How do I make online returns through the website?
From our return portal. When you open the link, it will ask for your order number. Enter your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email or on the delivery note received with your order) and your email address.
Select the products you wish to return and we would appreciate it if you could inform us of the reason for the return. It helps us to improve.
Next, we ask if you want to:
- Get a voucher with no expiry date. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION, WE WILL GIVE YOU 5 EUROS OF YOUR PURCHASE ON YOUR VOUCHER.
- Receive the money by the same method you used to pay for your purchase.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size, color, or product? We've got you covered. With our instant exchange service, you can do just that. Access our returns portal and you'll have the option to exchange the same model for a different size and/or color or even a different item. If your exchange is for a lower-priced product, you will automatically receive a refund for the difference before the exchange is processed; if it's higher, you will need to pay the difference.
Once the exchange is processed, we will send you the new product and collect the one you have. It's that simple. The exchange option is only allowed in Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal.

How do I prepare my package for a return or exchange?
- Pack in the original packaging. Returned items must have all tags attached. Items must also be in saleable condition.
- Attach a copy of the delivery note you received with the package.
- Finally, seal it securely so that no items are lost along the way.
- Once your package is received in our Returns Department and we have verified that the garment is in adequate condition, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
- Mariquita Trasquilá reserves the right to reject a return if it shows signs of use or if corresponding accessories are missing.
