Can I return my products?
If you're not satisfied with your Mariquita Trasquilá purchase, we're very sorry and offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. This also applies to our sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
Some of our products are non-returnable unless there is a problem with them. The products that cannot be returned are:
- Accessories, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: capes, bags, belts, stoles, jewelry, scarves, hair clips, ribbons, etc.
- Headpieces, wide-brimmed hats and headbands, as these are items that are handmade and made to order.
- Products that have been customized or made according to the customer's specifications.

Returns in physical stores
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to make a return (ORDERS PLACED FROM NOVEMBER 27TH ONWARDS CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL JANUARY 10TH). We will refund the product price by issuing a voucher with no expiration date . Please remember to bring your purchase receipt.
Online Refund
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to make a return. You can process your return at the following link if your order was placed before November 1st : RETURNS PORTAL.
If your order was placed after November 1st , please visit our new returns portal. You can track your return at the following link.
You can receive your purchase amount in two ways:
- Refund with no expiration date : You can receive a voucher with no expiration date for the purchase amount PLUS a €5 gift. The voucher can be redeemed both in-store and for online purchases.
- Refund : We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid with a voucher, the refund will be issued as a voucher.
In both methods, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund amount.
How do I make online returns through the website?
From our returns portal , click here if your order was placed before November 1st, or here if it was placed after that date. When you open the link, you will be asked for your order reference, which you can find in your order confirmation email and on the package in which you received your product.
Please select the products you wish to return and let us know the reason for the return. This helps us improve.
Next, we ask if you want to:
- Get a voucher with no expiration date. If you choose this option, we'll give you €5 towards your purchase as a voucher.
- Receive your money back using the same method you used to pay for your purchase.
CHANGES
Need a different size, color, or product? We've got you covered. With our instant exchange service, you can easily make it happen. Visit our website by clicking here if your order was placed before November 1st, or here if it was placed after that date, and select the exchange option. There you'll find the products you purchased, and you can exchange them for the same item or different ones. If you're exchanging for a lower-priced item, you'll automatically receive a refund of the difference before the exchange is processed.
Once the exchange is processed, we'll send you the new product and collect the one you have. It's that simple. Exchanges are only available in Spain and Portugal.

How do I prepare my package for return or exchange?
- Pack in the original packaging. Returned items must have all tags attached. Items must also be in resalable condition.
- Please attach a copy of the delivery note that came with the package.
- Finally, seal it securely so that no items get lost along the way.
- Once we receive your package in our Returns Department and have verified that the garment is in the appropriate condition, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
- Mariquita Trasquilá reserves the right to refuse a return if it shows signs of use or if the corresponding accessories are missing.
