NINI DRESS

The Nini dress, is a cocktail dress with short sleeves, cut at the waist and a V-shaped neckline. It incorporates hulls to enhance the chest. Its gathers at the waist help to conceal the tummy so you can enjoy your event without worries. It is made of a crepe fabric with elastane that adapts perfectly to the figure, with it you will feel very comfortable as well as elegant. You will be the perfect guest at celebrations such as weddings, christenings, graduations...

Lavado:

- Recuerda que, cuando lo metas en la lavadora, la temperatura debe ser de 30ºC o menor. Así saldrá como nuevo.

- No olvides que no se puede lavar con lejía o cambiará de color.

- Cuando lo planches, recuerda que la temperatura debe ser de 110ºC o menor.

- Si lo vas a lavar en seco, debe ser con percloroetileno.

- ¡Ojo! Recuerda no secar este modelo en tu secadora.

¡Consejo de mariquita!

- Aunque en la etiqueta indique que se aconseja lavar en seco/tintorería... Hemos hecho la prueba en la casa de Mariquita y se puede poner en un lavado corto, a menos de 30ºC, es decir, agua fría, sin dejar en remojo y te quedará como nuevo

- Lava este modelo solo o con tonalidades similares para que no tengas problemas de transferencia de colores

- ¡El planchar se va a acabar! Lava este vestido y déjalo secar colgado en una percha, así te olvidarás de planchar

- Te recomendamos comenzar el planchado con bajo vapor

Can I return my products?

If you are not satisfied with your Mariquita Trasquilá purchase, first of all we apologize and offer a 15-day return policy from the date of item delivery. This also applies to our sale items or items purchased with a discount code.

Some of our products are not returnable unless there is an incident. Products that cannot be returned are:

• Accessories, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable: capes, handbags, belts, stoles, jewelry, scarves, barrettes, ties, etc.
• Headdresses, hats, and headbands, as these items are handmade and made to order.
• Products that have been customized or made to customer specifications.

Returns to physical stores

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request or make a return in-store for a VOUCHER WITH NO EXPIRY DATE.

Online Returns

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Access our new return portal. Enter your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email or on the delivery note received with your order) and your email address.

You can receive the amount of your purchase in two ways:

• Return by voucher with no expiry date: You can get a voucher with no expiry date for the purchase amount PLUS 5 EUROS as a gift. The voucher can be redeemed in both physical stores and for online purchases.
• Return by money: We will refund the money using the same method you used for the purchase. If you made your purchase with a voucher, the refund will also be issued as a voucher.

In both methods, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund amount.

How do I make online returns through the website?

From our return portal. When you open the link, it will ask for your order number. Enter your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email or on the delivery note received with your order) and your email address.

Select the products you wish to return and we would appreciate it if you could inform us of the reason for the return. It helps us to improve.

Next, we ask if you want to:

• Get a voucher with no expiry date. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION, WE WILL GIVE YOU 5 EUROS OF YOUR PURCHASE ON YOUR VOUCHER.
• Receive the money by the same method you used to pay for your purchase.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size, color, or product? We've got you covered. With our instant exchange service, you can do just that. Access our returns portal and you'll have the option to exchange the same model for a different size and/or color or even a different item. If your exchange is for a lower-priced product, you will automatically receive a refund for the difference before the exchange is processed; if it's higher, you will need to pay the difference.

Once the exchange is processed, we will send you the new product and collect the one you have. It's that simple. The exchange option is only allowed in Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal.

How do I prepare my package for a return or exchange?

1. Pack in the original packaging. Returned items must have all tags attached. Items must also be in saleable condition.
2. Attach a copy of the delivery note you received with the package.
3. Finally, seal it securely so that no items are lost along the way.
4. Once your package is received in our Returns Department and we have verified that the garment is in adequate condition, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Mariquita Trasquilá reserves the right to reject a return if it shows signs of use or if corresponding accessories are missing.
